Ordering from Signum
Ordering discs from Signum Records is simple.
Just choose the discs you want by clicking the BUY button next to the
disc you have chosen. You will be taken to the shopping trolley where your
disc will have been added.
You increase the quantity ordered by entering a quantity and pressing

Discs are sent by airmail to destinations outside the UK

Terms and Conditions
Cancelling an order:
Customers are entitled to cancel the purchase of any item within
seven working days of delivery. Please ensure that all items remain
unopened, sealed and in good condition. In this instance, please
write "contract cancellation" on the reverse side of the
delivery note that will be enclosed with your order. Securely
package the item and return following instructions in "How to
return an item" above. Important: In order to comply with
contract cancellation, the item(s) must be returned to us within
seven working days of the items being delivered to you.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery
Signum will re-imburse monies owed via cancellation or returns
within ten working days of receipt of returned goods together with
the delivery note and reasons for return

We endeavour to send CDs out within 24 hours of receipt of order,
but we guarantee to send it within seven working days of the order
having been received.
UK packets are sent by first class post, Europe and Rest of World
Money back guarantee:
Signum operates a money back guarantee that means if you are
unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original
condition and we will issue a full refund of the price that you paid
for the item(s).
You must return the goods within 30 days.
The CDs must be unopened and in their original condition. If the
CDs are defective in any respect we will accept return of an item
that has been opened but it must be accompanied by a written
document detailing in what respect you believe it to be deficient.
Signum will refund any delivery charges if the goods returned are
returned due to an error on our part or for defective product.
How to return an item:
Please enclose a written document that details the reason for the
return together with the delivery note that will have been enclosed
with the goods. Carefully and securely wrap the CD(s) and send to
Signum Records Ltd., Unit 14, 21 Wadsworth Road, Perivale,
Middlesex, UB6 7JD, UK.
